Our wholesale start at minimum qty of 6pcs. Special price will be provided to wholesale buyers. Wholesale buyers also entitled to points accumulation, which can be used for the next purchase. Kindly contact us for the special price quotation.

Is there any discount or rebate program?
Our rebate program is in accumulation points method. We will inform buyer of total points available upon order confirmation. Buyer will be given a choice to redeem or keep with us for next purchase rebate. Every S$25 purchase = 1 point and 1 point = S$1 Only total purchases will be included in points generation, include sale items but exclude shipment charges. For example: On Jan 1, you make a purchase of SGD 107. You will earn 4 points. On Feb 1, you make another purchase of SGD 61 and would like to redeem your balance of 4 points. Your total purchase on Feb 1 will be SGD 61 - SGD 4 = SGD 57 and at same time you will also earn 2 points which can be redeem on the next purchase. WARNING! Please ensure that you are using the same email address when making an order.

We deliver the items to most countries by engaging services from Singapore Post or UPS. Buyers are allowed to choose the method of shipping that they prefer. Shipping fee will be advise upon confirmation of order.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of your item. Item must be returned in its original condition. A refund will be given for the amount of purchase only (exclude shipping fee). Note that 2 way shipping cost will be paid by buyer for any exchange or refund.

I noticed you only accept PayPal in your payment method. Any other payment method accepted?
Though we preferred payment via PayPal, we also accept Online transfer or ATM to our bank account. Please contact us for more details.

How do I place order?
1. Email us indicating your order preference and delivery address 2. Replied our confirmation email and indicate your preferred shipping method For bulk purchases above 6pcs, please email us directly so we can provide you with wholesale price.

How long do you take to ship my items?
Items will be ship within the next working days upon receipt of payment. We will send the delivery notice and traking no to your given email address.

When is payment due?
Payment is due within 7 days. We will send payment notice after order confirmation. NOTE: DO NOT click on PAY NOW function as ours currency supposed to be in Singapore Dollars instead of US Dollars. ONLY PAY upon receipt of our invoice.

I made my order, but no items arrived. What happen???
We always email our buyer for order confirmation within 2 working days upon receipt of order. Buyer is advised to contact us if no order confirmation email received, thus we can check your order accordingly.

Can you refund to my bank account as I don't have PayPal account?
Our service at this point of time is to refund to PayPal account only. Refund will be made immediately after delivery of items, unless PayPal buyers requested for us to hold the balance. For those buyers who do not have any PayPal accounts, we will hold their balance to offset in the next purchase.

YL7577 is not responsible for any tax or insurance. To us, tax is always nil. Buyer will paid necessary tax or insurance during shipment.
